Tess Parks – Love Lover of the month – january

Canadian singer, songwriter & crazy talented multi-tasking artist Tess Parks has been a Love Lover since the 4th issue and has contributed with poetry, photography, paintings & drawings for issues 4, 5, 6 & 7, as well as for Love Love pocket. Tess was also part of the Love Love exhibition at 0fr in Paris in March 2022. Because of all of this fabulous creative Love Love art Tess Parks is our Love Lover of the month. For those of you who haven’t seen her artworks in the print magazines, please feast your eyes here & absorb her poetry with your pupils & eternal souls!

A bit about Tess Parks:

Tess was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She has released 3 solo albums since 2013, her latest Pomegranate came out in 2024. Her music is often described as psychedelic rock. It also has a very dreamlike, hypnotic sound. She has collaborated with Anton Newcombe (The Brian Jones Town Massacre, L’Épée, also a Love Lover!) several times and they’ve released two albums together. Apart from being an incredible musician and performer, Tess paints, writes poetry & dabbles in photography. Check out her website here:
