Gabi Garbutt & The Illuminations (UK)

Part punk poet, part art pop multi-instrumentalist, Gabi Garbutt’s music has been championed by radio DJs such as BBC6 Music’s Steve Lamacq, Cerys Matthews and Chris Hawkins, and Radio X’s John Kennedy, as well as fellow musicians such as Ezra Furman, Pete Doherty, Frank Turner and Du Blonde, the latter inviting Gabi to release an E.P on her label Daemon T.V and collaborating on the lead track ‘Panic’.
Gabi and her band The Illuminations have been personally invited to support a number of high-profile acts on tour including The Libertines, Frank Turner, Big Country, Edwyn Collins and The Boomtown Rats, playing at venues such as Paris L’Olympia and London Palladium.
Paul Shine (UK)

With a unique voice that can go from gentle to soaring, and a stage presence that blends dark romanticism and fiery charisma, the frontman and leader of Dead Writers is a vibrant artist who exudes talent, originality and love for the craft. His music, inspired by Romantic and Gothic poetry and brimming with atmosphere and character, has been described as ‘astonishing’ by Nick Cave, covered by international press and compared to the likes of Queen, The Cure and Jeff Buckley.
Roxanne Fontana (Psychedelic pop, US)

Roxanne Fontana is a native New York singer/songwriter/musician/poet. Roxanne started playing the New York City night club scene in 1980, including the legedary clubs, CBGB many times, and The Bitter End, as well as The Ritz/Webster Hall. Roxanne’s 2nd album, Souvenirs d’Amour, was recorded by Strokes producer Gordon Raphael. This album is orchestrated folk rock, which is more the line of music Roxanne is familiar with. The band she fronted for the longest amount of time, Ruzenka and the Big Dream, was purely a psychedelic electric rock group prone to long guitar jams, and prose reading.
